Here are some guidelines and tips on how to upload a valid receipt in Storewards.

The ideal receipt for upload -

  • ·Should include the full receipt
(if a receipt is too long for one phono – first snap the top area of the receipt then click on the “Next Part” button and snap the next part of the receipt.

  • Receipt background should be as clean as possible (ideally place the receipt on a clean, bright surface before taking the photo).

  • Receipt should be straight with as few wrinkles as possible.

  • Only paper receipts should be uploaded (photos of digital receipts will not be acceptable)

  • The following fields should be visible and readable:

    • Shop ID/Name

    • Date and time of the purchase

    • Items name and price

    • Total amount
