Here are some guidelines and tips on how to upload a valid receipt in Storewards.
The ideal receipt for upload -

·Should include the full receipt
(if a receipt is too long for one phono – first snap the top area of the receipt then click on the “Next Part” button and snap the next part of the receipt. -
Receipt background should be as clean as possible (ideally place the receipt on a clean, bright surface before taking the photo).

Receipt should be straight with as few wrinkles as possible.

Only paper receipts should be uploaded (photos of digital receipts will not be acceptable)

The following fields should be visible and readable:

Shop ID/Name

Date and time of the purchase

Items name and price

Total amount

Here is an example of a valid receipt –
The entire receipt is in the frame, it is straight, the text is clear and focused and the background is bight and solid.
We know each retailer might have different receipt structure but do not worry, we know how to deal with that; just make sure you snap the entire receipt, it is straight and clear on a solid background and the purchase date is in the last 14 days.
