Can I cancel the award after I purchased it?

Unfortunately no. Cashouts are irreversible so we advise to choose your award wisely.
Can I upload an A4 receipt?

No. Online receipts or delivery receipts in A4 format are not valid since they do not have a purchase time. They have a delivery time which is not accepted by our system. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
I did not receive my PayPal reward. What should I do?

Rewards from Paypal are sent to the registered Storewards email. If your PayPal account email is different from your Storewards account, you can add the Storewards email as a secondary email to your Paypal account.

I am receiving error 10001. What should I do?

This error happens when a registration has already been made from the same IP address. In general, we do not allow more than one account per household. If you connected to a different network by accident, please reinstall the app and try again.
I am receiving error 10002. What should I do?

Error 10002 is caused by an attempt to log in from a new device or multiple uninstall/reinstall attempts, or a change to your IP address. Please log back into the app after 48 hours, but leave the app installed on the phone. If the app is deleted then reinstalled, the waiting period will reset back to another 48 hours.
I am receiving error 10003. What should I do?

This error will refresh after 30 days. Please leave the app installed on your phone for 30 days and after that contact our support to unblock your account. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
I can’t verify my account.

Click on the link you received on the email that is linked to your Storewards account. If you do not have a link. Please contact our support.
I can’t connect my Email

Please be aware that you must attempt logging in once more after 24 hours. Please try the following:
1. Make sure 2 step authentication is disabled.
2. Make sure you are using the correct email and password.
3. Check for any security settings in your email account that could interfere with the login attempt.
One of the receipts is pending. What does it mean?

This means that some receipts will require more time to review and will show up as pending in the interim.
After 72 hours, receipts with a "Pending" status are immediately discarded. If these receipts are refused, you can upload them again.
Why can’t I cashout?

You are allowed to cashout once per day. It's important to note that you can only initiate another cashout after a period of 24 hours has passed since your last cashout.
I’m getting upload failed due to network connectivity error. What should I do?

This usually happens when the app is running in the background for too long then brought up again. Please make sure to force close after usage. You can also reset your phone by turning it off/on to resolve this:

I reached level 99 and cannot level up more.

We currently do not have a level higher than 99. Once you reach Storewards' maximum level of 99, it will stop leveling. Although you can’t advance to a higher level, you can still earn coins by uploading receipts as usual.
