I am having difficulty submitting my receipt. What should I do?

Try restarting your browser. If that doesn't work, you could try submitting from another browser or a different device. If you are still experiencing issues, please email us at consumersupport-cm@ourcart.com, and we will be glad to assist you further. 

What options do I have to claim my rebate?

You can claim your rebate offer through Paypal, Venmo, or Amazon Reload (available for selected promotions).

I don't have a smartphone. How can I submit a photo of my receipt?

No worries, this is a web-based program. You can register and upload your receipt on a computer. You could also register from your regular cell phone and upload the receipt image through your computer. Our registration only requires an email address, a phone number, and a validation of your phone number.

I chose Venmo as my rebate method, but it still doesn't show in my account. What should I do?

Usually, Venmo transfers take a couple of minutes before they are visible on the account. We transfer the rebate to the phone number you registered with. If you did not get your rebate within an hour, please email us at consumersupport-cm@ourcart.com, and we will be glad to assist you further. 

I accidentally registered with an incorrect email. Can you change it?

It is not possible to modify the registered email address, but we will be happy to help you register again with the correct address. Please email us at consumersupport-cm@ourcart.com, and we will be glad to assist you further. 

My receipt was rejected, and I don't know why. Can you help?

Receipts can be automatically rejected for several reasons. To avoid issues when uploading your receipt, make sure:

  • All the information on the receipt is clear and readable, including the retailer, date, time, total, product details, etc.

  • The participating product and its price are visible.

  • The receipt is not older than 14 days.

If the receipt contains all the required information, but it's still rejected, you can log back into your account and send the receipt for manual review.

My receipt was approved, but I got an incorrect rebate. What should I do?

If you get an incorrect rebate offer, you can log back into your account and click on the "Incorrect rebate" link. We will review your receipt manually and approve the correct rebate for it.

How long should I wait after submitting a receipt for manual review?

Manual reviews should not take longer than 72 hours. If you did not get a result within 48 hours, please email us at consumersupport-cm@ourcart.com, and we will be glad to assist you further. 

I submitted a receipt for manual review and did not hear anything back. What should I do?

When the manual review is complete, you will receive an SMS message with a link to log back into your account to see the result. You can also check the status of the review at any given time by logging back into your account.

  • If the manual review approved the submission, you will see a rebate offer for you to claim.

  • If the manual review rejected the submission, you can contact our support at consumersupport-cm@ourcart.com.

How much time do I have to upload my receipt?

For the receipt to be accepted by the system, it cannot be older than 14 days from the purchase date.

Can I upload a digital receipt?

Absolutely! Our platform also accepts digital receipts, just make sure you snap the retailer name, item name and price, purchase date and receipt total! You can upload up to 4 pictures.

Will I be rebated for the sales tax or shipping fee?

No, the sales tax and shipping fee will not be reimbursed. Depending on the promotion, we can only process the rebate for the item price or a fixed rebate amount.

Already purchased the item and do not have Amazon Reload, Paypal or Venmo. How can I get the rebate?

As of now, the three approved rebate methods we work with are Paypal, Venmo and Amazon Reload. This information is stated on the registration page of the rebate you are participating in.



I participated in this promotion and got a new text, is this the same promotion?

If you participated in a previous promotion from the same brand, it is possible that you were selected to participate in a second one! If you have any questions and/or would like to confirm if it is the same promotion, please do not hesitate to contact our support team at consumersupport-cm@ourcart.today

What do I need to have in order to receive the rebate?

You must have regular access to a cellular smartphone or computer and also have a valid Paypal, Amazon Reload, or Venmo account. To participate in the promotion you will need access to the Google Chrome browser specifically and upload a valid receipt!


What is a valid receipt?

An awardable receipt must contain the following information:

  • Retailer name

  • Item name and price

  • Receipt total

  • Purchase date (that cannot be older than 14 days)

There is no store near me, how do I get the rebate?

If you use the Store Locator functionality from the promotion you are participating in and there are no stores near you, you can order the item online, instead, and upload a digital receipt! Please be aware that some promotions are valid for specific retail stores.

What if the brand name is not written on the item?

Some stores indeed do not register the item name including the brand on the receipt. If you uploaded your receipt and did not receive the rebate, please contact our support team at consumersupport-cm@ourcart.com. In the email, inform them of which promotion you need assistance with, attach your receipt, and explain the scenario, and they will assist you right away.


Can you send me coupons?

As we, Ourcart, are a 3rd party company responsible for running the promotion on behalf of the brand, we do not have the means to send out coupons or any other promotional items for the brand. If you are not able to participate in the promotion, you can always reach out to the brand directly for coupons via their website or send us a message at consumersupport-cm@ourcart.com and we can check further with the brand for you.
